[...] calculating heading with corelocation It’s fairly easy to get the heading of the user as they move in an iPhone app. More difficult however, is how to find the heading between two specific points that the user may or may not be at. In my case, this was in order to let the user pick a specific point, walk away from it, then have the device point the user back towards the point. I decided to tackle the problem using some vector mathematics. via shawnsbits.com [...]

Great post. Finding good testers is difficult. I have tested both Hockeyapp and iBetatest, but the one that really does the trick for me is The Beta Family. I use it for both iOS and Android apps.

The easiest way would be to set the title of the polygon and then check the title. You could also subclass the MKPolygonOverlay and check the class of each polygon and style them differently. Let me know if that doesn't make sense and I can go into more detail.

I thought I'd add that if you use .jpg tiles the TileMap code won't recognize them, you can use .png or edit TileOverlay.m

This single post just saved me hours thank you!

My game is in landscape mode (cocos2d 0.99.5) but the actionSheet keeps popping up portrait from the right.

How would one force it into landscape mode?

Currently have no autorotation (other viewcontrollers in game all work fine like this).

#define GAME_AUTOROTATION kGameAutorotationNone

Thanks!
